1. Purpose of Collection

• Use of personal information to confirm membership intent, verify age, identify users, confirm withdrawal requests, and manage membership
• Analysis of service visits and usage records, discovery of new services, and improvement of existing services
• Analysis of service usage records and access frequency for statistics, quality, and safety assurance
• Use of text, voice, scripts, images, videos, and biometric information provided by members to generate and interpret models and improve service quality

2. Items Collected

ESTsoft Corp. processes the following personal information items without the data subject’s consent:

• Membership registration and user identification: Email, password
• Password reset: Email, password
• Social (SNS) registration: Google, Microsoft name/email
• Service operation and management: Images, videos, audio recordings and voice data, text, scripts, biometric information

3. Retention and Use Period

Your information will be retained for one month after membership withdrawal. However, if it is required to be kept for a certain period under applicable laws, it will be retained for that period and then deleted.

4. Right to Refuse and Consequences

Users have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal data. However, refusal to consent to required items may result in limited service access.
